Items
which are in stock will be shipped as soon as payment has been processed.
Items that are handcrafted need to be individually ordered. Those
items were originally created in limited quantities and may not be
available, unless requested from us. An additional 4 to 8 weeks are
required to create and ship such item (it also depends on order quantity
and item style). We will notify you of order and shipping status via
E-mail or fax.
Some of our product can also be customized per your specifications.
The final price of the customized item will be forwarded to you after
we review your request. We require 50% deposit of the final price
for customized item, which is not refundable.
Majority of items sold at Gialiko are handmade and contain the uniqueness
and slight difference in every duplicate created by same author, so
there are no two pieces alike. It may also remain slight imperfection
of the raw material used for crafting whether it's wood, metal, natural
stone, or other. The color of natural stones and other decorations
will depend on the availability at the time the item is being created.
Hand-blown glassworks may inherit small blemishes and bubbles and
are not considered defects.
Items sold at GIALIKO are not toys and shouldn't be given to children.
They may have sharp edges, glass pieces, or have small decorative
objects on their surface. GIALIKO will not be held liable for any
misuse of the product.
