Pricing and payment terms
GIALIKO will stand by the pricing published on its pages at the time of your purchase, which is reflected on your sale form and confirmation letter. We have a right to increase/decrease the sale price without any notice at any time.

Sales tax will be added to the total price where applicable, and, if not charged, it is your responsibility to pay sales tax required in your state.

Payments to GIALIKO will have to be made for the purchases of product or services through the payment options selected. The information you supply for the payment must be true, accurate and complete.

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and must be paid in same currency.

For international orders payments must be in the form of money order or cashier check issued by American banks or branches in US equivalent currency.

Please allow an extra 14 business days for the processing of Personal checks.
Bounced checks are subject to $35.00 penalty charge.

Shipping policy
Posted prices on GIALIKO site does not include shipping and handling charges, they will appear on the final payment form at order completion.

In GIALIKO Catalog we offer products that are crafted or manufactured in different countries, therefore the shipping and handling charges will depend on the Point of Origin as well as existing import and custom regulations, when applied.
Ground is the default shipping method with USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL. For faster or international shipping methods contact us to get the adjusted price.

Processing Orders

Payment due date is 7 days from the date the order is placed, or the order will be canceled. You will receive confirmation/customer receipt by e-mail as soon as order is placed.

Ordered Items

All items need to be individually ordered. These handmade items were originally created per our specifications and are not available, unless requested from us. An individual item may take up to 8 weeks.
We will notify you about the timing required to complete this order, which also depends on the quantity and style ordered.

Customized Items

Some items can also be customized per your specifications. The final price for the customized item will be forwarded to you after we review your request. We will notify you about the timing needed to complete this order, which also depend on the quantity and style ordered.

Following applies to Ordered and Customized Items:
If we exceed the informed timing of completion, we will communicate the delay to you and offer discount options. If this delay is not met again, you have a right to cancel the whole order (see cancellation section below).

Returns and Refunds and Cancellation policies

We can not accept returns of used or damaged items, or those that was not authorized.

The Return Authorization number need to be requested within 7 days from the delivery date for ordered items to be returned. All items must be returned in their original packaging. In order to issue RA number we will require following: the copy of original order confirmation with order number on it, your name, address, e-mail or fax and phone numbers, if needed.

Shipping and handling fees, if any, are not refundable.

Ordered items:

Once your payment is processed, the order is forwarded to be fulfilled. After this only 50% of item cost is refundable if you cancel this order, or if you return the item within 7 days from delivery date with RA number.

Customized items:

Once your payment is processed, the order is forwarded to be fulfilled. There is absolutely no returns or refunds for the customized product. It was created specifically for you and cannot be resold at our site.

Following applies to both, Ordered and Customized Items:
The complete refund will be issued only due to the delivery delay as described in the Processing Orders section above.

Requirements to Exhibit your Art Item at GIALIKO Art Gallery

• Must be a displayable object
• Fill out the Exhibit Form completely
• Submit good quality image(s) or photograph by using CD, diskette or e-mail attachment:
  when mailing include copy of completed Exhibit/Sale form
  when sending image via e-mail include completed Exhibit/Sale form as attached file
• Include any available information about the item and it's creator
• All information as well as item itself will be censored for illegal contents, graphics or anything that may be offensive, vulgar, distasteful, repulsive or hateful.
• Provide the Copyright permission to display your item on GIALIKO Art Gallery page (may be in the form of a separate letter, or included within the Exhibit Form)

The image(s) will be displayed on GIALIKO Gallery page for the duration of 3 months without any charge. After the initial 3 months the display is subject to $5.00/month for one image, however individual discount will apply for multiple items. The fee shall be prepaid on monthly basis and may include any number of months, but must be received at least 7 days before the start of each new month. If the prepayment is not received, GIALIKO have the right to remove this item from Art Gallery page.

GIALIKO Art Gallery is for display only, unless marked with §sign. All displayable items are given to GIALIKO by the original creators, who were able to provide us with the Copyright permission to display those items, or by the people who could obtain that permission from the original author.
GIALIKO is not responsible for false or incorrect information provided by the third party, and will immediately remove the item from display if such incident occurs.

After receiving the Exhibit Form to display your art item on GIALIKO Gallery, the information and image(s) provided will be reviewed and the confirmation letter will be e-mailed or faxed to you stating the acceptance result along with the date when the item will be included on display, as well as charges details.

GIALIKO has a right to keep submitted image(s), contact you for more information, if needed, and remove the item from display at any time without notification to you.

You have a right to request the removal of your item from GIALIKO Art Gallery display page by notifying us via e-mail at any time.

For any removed items the refund will be issued for the prepayment as follows: canceled during first two weeks - full refund, canceled during 3rd week - half of current month and full for any prepaid future months, 4th week - no refund.

Requirements to Sell your Art Item on GIALIKO site

• Must be of good quality
• Must not be damaged
• Must be available for immediate shipping
• Fill out the Sell Request Form completely

• Include any available information about the item and it's creator.

• Provide the Copyright permission to display this item on GIALIKO Art Gallery page as well as to sell this item on GIALIKO Art for Sale page (may be in the form of a separate letter, or included within the Exhibit and Sell forms)

The same rules described under Requirements to exhibit your item applies to the item you would like to display and sell in addition to the following:

GIALIKO will add a 10% to the sale price you quoted to cover the site's maintenance and payment processes.

In the event when the item is not available for sale any longer, you must notify us immediately and request the removal from both Art for Sale and Art Gallery, or only from Art for Sale section.

When the art item is sold through GIALIKO Art for Sale page:

• we receive the sales request from the customer
• we notify you immediately of such request and provide customer's shipping information
• you provide us with UPS, FedEx or DHL shipping and handling cost based on where the item is shipping from and to and include several different shipping options such as next day, overnight, etc., if available.
• we communicate this shipping/handling cost and provide the total price of the item to the customer, once the shipping method is being selected
• customer, will pay for this item to GIALIKO
• as soon as the payment is being processed we request you to ship the item directly to a customer
• you must provide us with a proof of shipment, i.e. tracking number
• customer has a right to return the item back to you regardless of the reason within 14 days from the date the item is received. In this case customer must provide us with shipping information and tracking number
• once the returned item is received by you, GIALIKO will refund the total price paid by customer minus the shipping/handling charges, which goes back to you.
• if there was no return within the 14 days after the item was received by customer, we will process the payment (the price quoted originally) to you.

You or customer are responsible for the item to be damage free by providing a secure packaging. Since GIALIKO physically does not handle these items at any point, we are not responsible for any damages or defects. It is best to obtain the insurance to cover the item.

Items Information and Care

Majority of items sold at GIALIKO are handmade and contain the uniqueness and slight difference in every duplicate created by same author. The item may be slightly different from the one shown, which makes it one of a kind, i.e. the colors of natural stones depends on the availability at the time the item is being created.

Care: clean gently (not to loose stones or settings) with special jewelry cleaners, using soft clean cloth. Absolutely no chemical cleaners, scrubbing, bleach, detergents, ammonia or dishwasher. Do not polish coated surfaces.

Items sold at GIALIKO are not toys and shouldn't be given to children. They may have sharp edges, made of glass, or have small decorative objects on their surface.
